How to complete a Calibration Check on your Intoxilyzer

Your Breath alcohol machine needs to be calibrated within the first 5 days of the month or as soon as possible after a positive breath alcohol test, and when you receive a new device. At Onsite we use 2 different breath alcohol machines the Lifeloc Phoenix and the Intox400. Please watch both videos and the attached files below on how to calibrate each device. Once you have calibrated your machine you will need to submit a calibration form in Fastfields under Form Libraries->Equipment Forms –> Intoxilyzer Calibration.
