Please go to www.formfox.com to complete the simulation on digital CCF’s, your instructor will have emailed you a username and temporary password to log on to Formfox.

Once you have logged in please Click on the the “Training Center” tab. From there you will click on “New Users Start Here”. Please complete all the corresponding training under the New User Category.
