Part 1:Wellness Exam

Please review the files, paperwork and videos. There is no quiz for this section. Once this course is complete You will be able to demonstrate your abilities in the following areas: Ensuring that the forms are complete, Conducting a vision test, Proper lift test technique, and ROM measuring using a goniometer. You will follow the flow of the paperwork and conduct testing for each step listed on the forms:

FORM 1: Employee questionnaire, drug screen (according to company protocol),

FORM 2: BP check, Vision Test, Lift Test. Optional: Audio testing and Grip testing will require additional equipment to be picked up or sent to technician.

3RD FORM: ROM measurements which will be reviewed in the next section
